This detailed map covers the area south of High Street Kensington, either side of Earls Court Road. The features include Edwardes Square, Pianoforte factory, St Philip's church, Britannia Brewery, Kensington Chapel, Abingdon House, St Mary Abbott's Workhouse, St Margaret's & St John's Workhouse, Pembroke Square, etc

On the reverse we include a reduced version of the 1894 map for the same area, together with a specially written introduction to the history of the area.

The map links up with sheet High Street Kensington to the north, Gloucester Road to the east.
