On the Stockton side it includes NER Goods Station, Parkfield Works, Bowesfield Iron Works, Tees Bridge Iron Works, tramways and depot, Castle Moat Ship Yard, Stockton Hospital, Egglescliffe Iron Works, Eaglescliffe Brick Works, Perseverance Boiler Works, Ropner Park etc.
