The main map covers the railway and colliery complex that includes Annesley Colliery and Newstead Colliery. Stretches of the Midland Railway,
Great Central Railway and the GNR Leen Valley Branch are shown, with many sidings, junctions etc, and the GNR engine shed. Newstead colliery village is also shown
plus part of New Annesley. On the reverse we include part of adjacent sheet 33.01 to include Newstead Abbey and Newstead Park.
