Features include railway with station, Exmouth & Salterton line, Manor Grounds, Holy Trinity church, The Point, East Devon Brick & Tile Works, Municipal Offices, All Saints church, Grammar School, Strand Inclosure, cinema, schools, Cockle Sand, Little Bull Hill, River Exe, etc.

    On the reverse we include a large section of adjacent sheet 103.05 extending coverrage south to include Imperial Hotel, Coastguard Station, Esplanade, Pier, The Warren, Checkstone Rock etc.
