    This detailed map is double-sided for maximum coverage. The main map covers the northern part of the village, showing several large houses along the coast with coverage northward to Castle Wemyss, Wemyss Plantation and Brueacre Bridge. Features includeWemyss House, Wemyss Farm, stretch of CR Wemyss Bay Branch railway with engine shed, Ardvar House, Wemyss Point etc.

    On the reverse we include adjacent sheet 5.10 which extends coverage southward to Wemyss Bay station, pier, Kelly House, Kelly Mains. Note that the area of Ayrshire further south is left blank.
