    This highly detailed map covers the eastern part of Haydock and western part of Golborne. Coverage runs from Haydock Lodge eastward to Bank Heath, and from Haydock Park station southward to Dean Dam Farm.

    The principal feature is Haydock Park Race Course, incl grandstand, paddock etc. Other features include Haydock Lodge lunatic asylum, Haydock Park Farm, small stretch of railway with Haydock Park station, Bank Heath area of Golborne, Brookside Mills, Upper Mills, Chocolate Factory, Golborne Iron Works, Harvey Lane Bridge etc. On the reverse we include a 1918 directory of Golborne.

    The map links up with sheets 101.08 Ashton East to the north, 101.11 Haydock North to the west, 102.09 Golborne to the east, 101.16 Newton-le-Willows to the south.
