    This very detailed map covers the southern part of Cardiff, including Grangetown and Butetown. Coverage stretches from Clive Street eastward to Roath Basin, and from Havelock Place southward.

    This busy map includes a great deal of transport information, including Roath Basin, Bute Dry Dock, Channel Dry Dock, Bute West and East Dock Basins and part of their docks, Mountstuart Shipbuilding Yard, graving docks, Commercial Dry Dock, Glamorganshire Canal, Royal Hamadryad Seamen's Hospital, stretch of Taff Vale Railway incl Dock station and West Yard, Taff Vale Railway East Branch, stretch of GWR Bute Dock Branch, Rhymney Railway with terminus, Penarth Harbour & Dock Railway with Grangetown station, River Taff, vast number of sidings and railway lines to staiths, GWR Riverside Branch with station. Also Cardiff Exchange, streets of terraces at Butetown and Grangetown, tramways, West Moors area, Grange Gardens. On the reverse we include street directory entries for Bute Crescent, West and East Bute Docks, Clive Street, Corporation Road, Ferry Road, George Street, Holmesdale Street, James Street.

    The map links up with sheets 43.15 Central Cardiff to the north and 47.07 Penarth Dock to the south.
