    This very detailed map is double-sided for maximum coverage.

    The main map covers Springwell Village, where features include Mount House, Springwell Colliery, Pontop & Jarrow Railway, Red Row, Lightpipe Row, chapel, Usworth House, Great Usworth, Holy Trinity church.

    On the reverse we have part of sheet 7.11, extending coverage east to include Little Usworth, Usworth Colliery.

    This map links up with Sheets 7.09 Wrekenton to the west, 7.14 Washington to the south.
