    This detailed map covers the village of Holywell Green, on the east side of Stainland.

    Features include railway branch with terminus, Brookroyd Mills, Broad Carr, Springwood Mills, Jagger Green, Old Lindley, Haigh House, Broad Carr Mill, Holywell Hall, Burrwood Mill, Brooklands, etc. St Andrew's church Stainland is at the left margin of the map. On the reverse we includean 1889 directory of Stainland, plus a 1914 timetable for the railway branch.


    The map links up with Sheets 246.01 Greetland to the north.
