    This very detailed map covers the Brompton area of Kensington, with coverage stretching from Prince's Gate eastward to Hans Place, and from the south side of Prince's Gardens southward to Pelham Street.

    Features include the South Kensington Museums in considerable detail, with interior layout shown; The Oratory, Thurloe Square, South Kensington station with track layout, Brompton Crescent, Holy Trinity church, Brompton Square, Prince's Cricket Ground, St Saviour's school, St Saviour's Church, Ovington Square etc; and housing all shown neatly, even with detail such as steps, pavements, lamp posts etc. On the reverse we include street directory entries for Beaufort Gardens, Brompton Crescent/Road/Square, Grove Place, Ovington Square, Pelham Crescent, Thurloe Square.

    The map links up with sheet 6.99 Gloucester Road to the west.
