    This map shows a large expanse of west Rochester, with coverage stretching from the Cathedral southward to Foord Almshouses and St Margaret's Cemetery. Across the Medway it includes Temple Marsh.

    Features include Rochester Cathedral, St Margaret's church, Castle ruins, Coach-building factory, Watts Almshouses, Fort Clarence, Grammar School, Restoration House, railway lines on W side of river, Temple Marsh, Wickham Cement Works, etc.

    The map links up with sheet 19.02 Strood to the north and 19.07 Chatham to the east.
