    This very detailed map covers the northern part of Penarth, dominated by the large Penarth Dock, which is shown in detail, with railway lines, Basin, staithes, etc. South of this part of the town is shown, in St Augustine's church, Penarth Hotel, Northcliff, Cogan. Other features include Barry Railway and Taff Vale Railway stations, Cogan Junction, Ely Tidal Harbour, Victoria Wharf, Penarth Flats, Windsor Slipway. A small portion of Cardiff's Queen Alexandra Dock is in the top right corner. On the reverse we include a Penarth directory, entries L-Z.

    The map links up with sheets 47.03 Cardiff South to the north, 47.11 Penarth Town to the south.
