    This detailed map covers the small market town and borough of Ruthin. Features include the town centre, Mineral Water Works, Ruthin Castle, railway and station, Well Street, Workhouse, auction mart, Grammar School, Pont Howkin. The map extends west along Clwyd Street and Mwrog Street to Llanfwrog and St Mwrog's church. Part of Castle Park is included. The River Clwyd runs south-north through the map. On the reverse we include an "Alphabetical Arrangement of Residents, Traders and Others" from an 1890 directory.
